Material Details:
- Type: Strong, premium-quality 1000x1000 denier mesh banner material.

- Design: 70%-30% hole ratio, allowing air to pass through for extended banner life.
- Width: Material width is 126". For larger sizes, sections are welded together seamlessly.

Production Notes:
Please note: vinyl material may shrink or expand slightly depending on temperature at the moment it’s measured.
As a result, final dimensions on large banners may vary by ±1–2 inches, which is standard within industry tolerance.
Shipping Notice:
As of January 1, 2019, UPS has updated their oversized fees:
- Banners with a shortest side of 48" or longer will be folded and shipped in a square box.
- Banners with a shortest side of 48" or less will be rolled and shipped in standard corrugated boxes.
Artwork Setup Instructions:
- Set up artwork in size.
- Bleeds are not required.
- Ensure your files are in CMYK color mode.
- We are not responsible for color shifts if your file contains PMS or RGB colors.
- You may request a printed color swatch for color proofing.
- Make sure to embed all imported images into the file.
- Convert all live fonts to outlines.
- Image resolution:
- All images should be no more than 150 DPI at actual size.
- Accepted file formats:
- .PDF, .JPG, or .TIFF.
- If you have more than one file to print, please upload compressed files (.zip).
Note:
Files that do not meet these criteria may result in order cancellation or incur additional charges for file corrections and mandatory proofs.
